Tues-Fri: Pre-made basket orders placed before 12:30pm will be shipped same day. Custom Baskets will be shipped out 1-3 days after order placement.
Saturday: Pre-made basket orders placed before 12:30pm will be shipped on Tuesday. Custom baskets will be shipped out 1-3 days after order placement.
Custom gift baskets will be shipped out 1-3 days from the time the order was placed depending on availability of items requested and quantity of baskets ordered. For large events pre-order your baskets at least 1 week in advance. For the Festive Season please order as early as possible during early to mid November. Deadline to ensure Christmas delivery is December the 11th, 2019.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post OR UPS.
When Can I Expect My Order?
Local Orders: 1-3 business days.
Regional Orders: 2-3 business days.
National Orders: 3-7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will also include a tracking number.
E-mail email@example.com with a picture within 48hrs. Please advise within your e-mail if you would like a replacement or refund.
If the item is refused at the time of delivery due to an incorrect address that was provided, missing order information, or the recipient having moved, the package will be returned to our store. The sender will be notified via phone or e-mail. For delivery to be attempted a second time a secondary delivery fee will be applied. If the sender does not wish to re-attempt delivery, the base cost of the gift less 15% restocking fee will be refunded to the purchaser. Please note the original delivery charge will not be refunded since the original delivery attempt was made.
Cancellations and Changes:
Our goal is to process orders efficiently for timely delivery. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the shipping date.
Exchanges and Returns:
Due to Health & Safety Regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products. Non perishable baskets are valid for a refund within 7 days from the order date if transaction was made in store and/or within 7 days from which the order was accepted for delivery as per tracking#. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are those of the purchaser.
